Prototyping

Specializing in CNC precision machining, we focus on producing 1-20 pieces of hand plate models with a wide range of varieties. Our capabilities extend to over 475 types of materials, 28 advanced processing technologies, and 21 different surface treatments.

Low-volume Manufacturing

We offer CNC precision machining for small batch production ranging from 20 to 5000 pieces. With a one-stop solution for multiple varieties, we utilize the most suitable processes, working with over 475 types of materials, 28 machining techniques, and 21 surface treatment options to meet diverse project needs.

Major Volume Production

CNC precision machining, along with services like die-casting, casting, forging, injection molding, stamping, extrusion, surface treatment, and assembly, offers a one-stop solution to help customers avoid the challenges of managing multiple supplier interfaces for a single project.

Mass production solutions

Prototyping Parts Division

Our facility operates on a 24-hour shift system and is equipped with 22 CNC precision machining units. These include 6 sets of 3-axis, 6 sets of 4-axis, 8 sets of 3+2 axis, and 2 sets of 5-axis machines, with a maximum stroke of 1350mm. We achieve machining accuracy between 0.005-0.01mm, and offer a selection of over 598 different materials.

Machining Workshop

Fully equipped with CNC lathes, milling machines, milling and turning machines, grinding machines, spark machines, wire-cutting machines (medium wire), etc.

Batch Division

15 CNC machining centres, customised for medium to high volume customers, 475 materials to choose from, 21 surface treatments

Five-axis Machine Tool Division

The workshop of five-axis division, newly established in 2021, has made the ground shockproof, constant temperature and humidity treatment, and the five-axis linkage machine tools come with on-machine inspection system. Dimensional accuracy: 0.005mm, finish: Ra0.2, angular tolerance: 0.01 degrees.

Sheet Metal Division

Has a laser cutting 1, CNC bending 5, punching 1, combined with CNC machining process to complete the development of the customer’s complete set of products to save R & D customers to follow up the energy and time.

Quality Department

Fully automatic three-coordinate tester: detects all the shape and position tolerances and dimensional accuracy: 0.003mm
